         program was for 20 children or 80, Mr. Balloon was able to adapt his skills to the situation that
         presented itself.  He has been booked several times for programs with the bookmobile.  These
         programs are sometimes held outside and other times on the truck in very limited space.  Paul
         demonstrated great patience.  Each child received a balloon animal and replacements were made
         for those that popped.  The variety of animals and the speed with which he creates them makes for
         a smooth running program.
